The vacuum pressure laminator is not only used for IC substrate packaging but is also suitable for processes related to PCB, FPC, NCF, LED, and PC/NB. By the use of vacuuming, it provides high coverage for various fine lines and vias on the substrate surface. Additionally, the high-precision thermal pressing method ensures that different types of substrates maintain uniform thickness and surface flatness after pressing.
