The company has appointed a Corporate Governance Officer to serve as the highest-ranking executive responsible for corporate governance-related matters, overseeing the implementation of all corporate governance initiatives. The Board of Directors has designated the Finance Department as the unit responsible for board meeting administration, staffed with personnel dedicated to executing all matters related to corporate governance.
